CURRICULUM AT PRE-PRIMARY LEVEL

• We, at Shemford, channelize child learning through a component called ‘learning by doing’. As the tiny tots first come to school, they are involved in a number of fun activities like – CIRCLE TIME, FREE CONVERSATION, COLOURING, FREEHAND DRAWING, STORYTELLING, which keeps them engaged and entertained, while also develops their fine motor, gross motor and sensory skills.

• Effective learning can take place in an environment that is safe and secure. We instill strong morals and ethical values, encouraging good behavior in the child and help them realize their maximum potential.

• Right from the foundation, there is a strong emphasis on the development of communication and comprehension skills so as to enable the children to evolve as effective communicators and empathic listeners.
